Make Rainbow Pasta

  • Morse Institute Library 14 E Central St Natick, MA 01760 (map)

This event is for adults and registration is required*

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make rainbow pasta from scratch. Nutrition educator Michelle Doyle will guide you through the process of mixing the dough, rolling, and shaping it using simple kitchen tools and classic pasta-making gadgets. At the end of class, you will leave with your own freshly made pasta, ready to cook at home. You will also receive simple recipes for sauces and the pasta recipes to make more in the future, so you can continue your pasta-making journey long after the class ends!

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library

*Due to the overwhelming popularity of certain programs at the Morse Institute Library, we will be instituting a new registration procedure for some Adult programs, effective immediately:

While all parties interested in our programs may register when the programs go live, Natick residents will get first access for the first three weeks of a craft or cooking program's registration period. All non-Natick residents will be waitlisted until one week prior to the program's start.

One week from the start of a program, non-Natick residents will be moved off the waitlist in the order they registered.

We thank everyone for the enthusiastic response to our programs! We're lucky to have such a dedicated community supporting our work.

Registration for this event is full.
