Dear friends and partners,This spring arrives carrying both the weight of all we are witnessing in the world and the quiet, persistent promise that another way is possible. Even as we see destruction and the decomposition of any shared moral compass on the national and global stage, here in Natick we continue to choose one another. We are still here, we still care, and we still matter, and the ways you show up for neighbors at the margins remain a real light and an antidote to despair. At Natick Is United, we are especially grateful this season for support from the MetroWest Health Foundation, which is making it possible to launch our Immigration Health Equity Project and deepen our commitment to the health and well-being of Natick’s immigrant communities. Through participatory organizing, immigrant residents will serve as leaders in shaping solutions, strengthening access to services, and helping our systems reflect the dignity and needs of every neighbor.
